All Maverick guitars are produced by applying perimeter manufacturing, this means that, instead of using automated CNC machines and producing a number of identical bodies at a time, each body is cut by hand using a combination of a pin-router and good old human interaction. Basically, the shape is drawn on in pencil using our templates, and then in turn carved by hand.
